Is it Possible to stay healthy Indoors?
We are all aware that a second COVID wave is likely to come. Unfortunately, we can’t count on a COVID-19 vaccine to become available before then. The good news, however, is that we know exactly how to stay safe. Wash your hands, keep your facial covering on in closed and crowded environments, and stay at home as much as possible. Most businesses have been able to establish remote working structures for their team, so we have a fallback option.
The bad news is that staying healthy means maintaining a regular level of activities. When gyms are closed – they are likely to shut down in the event of a second wave –, staying on top of your sports routine can be tricky. Here are some ideas to prepare for the next pandemic wave. Think of it this way: it appears to be unavoidable, therefore being prepared is no fatalism, but the only way to make it go away faster!
Luckily, there are plenty of ways to stay in good shape
You don't need to the gym or setting foot in 100-degree weather. If you find yourself wanting to exercise but hesitating because of the weather, you should consider these alternative options that will keep you cool and healthy.
Tip
You don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on the latest fitness craze to get a good workout from at home to stay healthy. Exercise videos can add variety to your routine for little to no money. You can see a variety of workouts on YouTube including strength training, cardio, Pilates and more. Many of them are 15-minutes or less, so they can easily be incorporated into your busy schedule.
